Shame on me. Ate at the Friday's by Woodland Mall last Friday. Marginal service and they had no Coke (on a Saturday of all days). This location is dirty. Came in tonight at 9:45 and was immediately seated. 11pm and still no food. Several other tables complained about slow service and drinks. (This was the location on Alpine not Woodland Mall area). This is really too bad, used to be one of my favorite places but hey are quickly going down hill fast. Not sure who is running these things but it is too bad. Do yourself a favor and pass. Coupon or not, not worth the frustration.

If its not a happy hour special be prepared to spend money. There are plenty of restaurants on alpine that offer good food and service for a better price.

The food here is amazing. The fried Green Beans are so good! And the bruchetta pasta is my favorite! But the service isn't always the best. Most of the time we don't have any issues but we've had a few times where it's been ridiculous service and then waiting to get our check so we can go home.

Our party went there last night. First they sat us at a high table. We're short and I asked if he thought we could get up on the stools. He grunted and took us to a table. We sat there for twenty minutes. Nobody came to wait on us so that was the end of the story. Couldn't judge the food as we got up and left.

TGI Fridays! Sometimes you just don't want to think. Quality service, consistent food, and these guys are always running a deal or special. I like the 3 apps for $10.00 special they had. They often run the 2 entrees for $20.00 also. This particuar Friday's also serves authentic Michigan Craft Beers! 4 STARS

Thank you, thank you. I've been to a lot of TGI Fridays, but this one was by far the best. The hostess saw me walking in, and ran to open the door for me. She showed me where to place a to go order. I had the worst day EVER, the bartender was so kind and so wonderful, she made my shitty day better. She made sure my order stayed warm and delicious until I was ready to go..... Thank you TGIF for making a horrible day not so awful.

Hey it's Fridays - we have all been here, we know what its like. Decent place. Good specials for happy hour on Thursdays. Had a blue cheese bacon steak that was pretty good. I honestly expected it to be fatty and tough but we had a buy 1/get 1 free so I went for it. I would totally have that again! The Jack Daniels selections are always a good choice too!! =]

I found that this is a great place for either lunch on Saturdays or Sundays,as they are not as busy as the evenings. Lot's of good choices here and the beer specials are great!

We went here the other night with my in-laws. My husband and I weren't too hungry, but they wanted to get something to eat. I got the Chicken Tortilla Soup. It was alright, but nothing great. My husband got the Pick Three For All with Boneless Wings with the Roasted Green Chile Sauce, Onion Rings and the Loaded Potato Skins. Now the sauce we chose said to be hotter than the classic Buffalo sauce, but it had no spice at all. My soup had more spice than the wing sauce. The sauce mainly just tasted like cilantro and looked like mustard. To top it all off, they had hardly any of the cilantro yellow sauce on them! My father-in-law had the sliders and a basket of fries. No complaints here, but those aren't hard to mess up. My mother-in-law got the Sesame Jack Chicken Strips. She loves them. The Jack Daniel's sauce tasted mainly like molasses, way too sweet for my tastes. She also ordered a side of Loaded Mashed Potatoes, but she never got those. They tried to charge us for them, but we made it clear that we didn't get them so we would not pay. If given a choice, I would not come back here.

We stayed overnight at the SpringHill Suites nearby, and picked TGI Friday's, which is almost across the street from the SpringHill Suites, for dinner. We were disappointed. Our server seemed quite disinterested in us and her other customers. She would disappear for long periods of time and then make a brief reappearance before disappearing again. I know it probably isn't the greatest thing to be a server at Fridays, but her heart was definitely not into her job. Not sure if it was because of her or the kitchen, but our food also took a long time to reach our table. The place wasn't crowded at all, so that can't have been the reason for the delay. And ours wasn't the only food that took forever...a lot of other tables had lengthy delays as well. There are dozens of other restaurants right around this Fridays location. If we ever found ourselves in this area again, we would try some place other than TGI Friday's.

Another chain restaurant off of our list of places to eat. We used to go to this Fridays when they had the menu items from the Food Network and we enjoyed many tasty meals there. Now those items are completely gone and the menu is same old stuff which is nothing very good. I had a 10 oz steak which wasn't to bad, but the cooks had plated the side dishes long before the steak was cooked so the sides were nearly room temperature. My wife had small steak with the same problem however she chose to have new side dishes brought out which they did promptly, but over all it was still a very lacking dinner. After that our bill had a desert item listed that was from another table. My wife had her desert put into a box and the guy that brought it out had already turned the box upside down before he got it to our table. The manager met us at the door and gave us a card for a free desert, but it would take more than that to get us back into this place.

Service wasn't great. Fries were stone cold and j. D. Burger was tasty but not terribly hot. Probably won't be back to this Friday's. Hubby's Jack Daniel's sampler plate was hot and good.

There are only a few promos that would drag me into a chain restaurant. Their endless appetizers recently changed from only one type to any from a small collection which makes more sense. Needless to say, tried them all except the bruschetta. Just not a fan of bread. The spicy chicken tostadas were the best. Had some guacamole and lots of veggies. The rest were on par with their offerings in the frozen section at the grocery store. Good value for the money, taste on par with this chain.

Staff was amazing. My salad wasent delivered until aftet my meal was there but they took the salad off the meal and made a dessert available for free! Altho everything we ate was very spicy the servers mangers and staff were so personable and great
